The musk note with floral and fruity undertones, is in the heart. The fragrance evolves into a blend of woody and ambery molecules, including Norlimbanol and Ambrox Super. Its packaging exudes freshness and vibrancy, and the fragrance itself stands for “sheer sensuality, crystal transparency, and luminous brightness.

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns Policy
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The item was defective upon arrival
Important Conditions:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Clear unboxing video proof is required to process any claim.
⚠ Without an unboxing video, we cannot process complaints for damaged or missing items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference issues
- Minor packaging variations
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- For COD orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your bank/payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.
- If return is requested for any other reason, customer may bear return shipping charges.
