1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns Policy
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The item was defective upon arrival
Important Conditions:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Clear unboxing video proof is required to process any claim.
β Without an unboxing video, we cannot process complaints for damaged or missing items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference issues
- Minor packaging variations
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5β7 working days.
- For COD orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.
