At Scent-Charms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium quality fragrances. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item was defective upon arrival

Important Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Clear unboxing video proof is required to process any claim.

⚠ Without an unboxing video, we cannot process complaints for damaged or missing items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference issues
  • Minor packaging variations

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • For COD orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.
  • If return is requested for any other reason, customer may bear return shipping charges.
